Order Approval and Shipping
Orders are typically posted within a maximum of 48 business hours after confirmation of payment, except in cases of made-to-order products, suspicion of fraud, or unforeseen events such as supplier delays, merchandise refused by the Anima Eyewear quality department, strikes, or work stoppages by bodies necessary for product dispatch, such as: postal services, airports, Customs, Federal Police, etc.
Availability: in cases of exchange or defects, it may happen that the product is not available in our inventory and is also subject to unavailability in the supplier's inventory. Should this occur, we will contact the consumer, who may choose to wait for the product's arrival, exchange it for a similar item of another brand and model, or, if preferred, request cancellation and a refund of the amount paid (procedures in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code).
International Order Approval and Shipping
Orders for shipment outside of Brazil must be finalized through an Anima Eyewear Consultant via WhatsApp, as both the payment method and shipping will be handled differently.
The cost of international shipping is the sole responsibility of the consumer, both for shipping the merchandise and in cases of exchanges/cancellations. Shipping is carried out through a carrier, and the cost varies according to each location.
If for any reason delivery does not occur and the merchandise is returned to Brazil, whether due to an incomplete address, absence of a recipient at the delivery location, or any other issue with the address, Anima Eyewear will not be responsible for freight refunds or any reshipping costs.
